Canon HIF

Canon EOS cameras (such as the R5, R6, R7, and 1D X Mark III) save 10-bit HDR photos using the .HIF extension based on the HEIF standard. Since standard image viewers often struggle with Canon HIF files, HEIC.dev allows photographers to inspect EXIF metadata, view, and convert Canon .hif images into universally compatible JPGs or PNGs directly on their device.
